Shipping Information

You will receive a confirmation via email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch.Delivery times may vary between carriers. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 1 business day. 

Australia

We ship Australia wide using  Australia Post. Orders received before 2pm AEST will be dispatched the same day. 

-  Free shipping Australia wide for all orders over AU$200

-  Standard delivery Australia wide for a flat rate of AU$15.00  for all orders under AU$200
-  Delivery times are generally between 1- 2 business days for all metro areas Australia Wide (Delivery times to outer metro & rural areas vary, please allow 5-10 business days)

- Australia Post Express option is available via checkout for a $25 Flat rate.

 

New Zealand

We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post Express Courier International.

- ​ Flat rate of AU$15 per order
-  Delivery times are between 2- 5 business days depending on delivery location. 

International Shipping

We ship Internationally via Australia Post Express Courier International (Certain countries are excluded International shipping)

Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?

Orders shipping to destinations outside Australia might incur duties and taxes. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
